No, you don't have to be in-game, altough it is preferred. And since the donation system (except the rank upgrading from a donator rank to another donator rank) is automatically done and takes effect within several minutes after donating.

You do have to be in game for the stuff to be delivered, but it will record your payment and just wait on it until you are logged in no matter what. The process usually takes about 10 minutes from when you do log in.

If you can pm me with the details of the payment for verification (the name and email on the payment) and what you want for the amount you donated, you will be rewarded.

I am not totally sure but I believe that you can. You either need to load it into a paypal account, or, depending on the type of prepaid card it is, it might essentially be a prepaid credit card in which case you could pay with it directly like with a credit card.
